Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located in an exclusive building in the historic center of Cádiz, on the quiet General Luque street.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright living room that opens to a peaceful interior patio, ensuring rest and tranquility. The room features a comfortable double sofa bed (150 x 190 cm), making the apartment suitable for up to four guests. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and next to it you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower. A small balcony also provides natural light to the living space.

Crossing the living area, you’ll reach the master bedroom, which offers a 180 x 200 cm double bed, integrated TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The building also offers a refined shared lounge area, located on the ground floor and shared with four other apartments—ideal for relaxing or working.

Thanks to its privileged location, you can walk to the city’s main landmarks, museums, and shopping streets. Just a few minutes away, you’ll also find local markets, supermarkets, gourmet restaurants with fresh seafood, and countless local bars serving the best tapas in Cádiz.

The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
