Located on Viale Merello, one of Cagliari's most elegant tree-lined avenues, just 800 metres from the pedestrian historic centre and Piazza Yenne, this refined 165 sq m (1,776 sq ft) residence occupies the fourth and top floor of a building with lift and includes a private garage of 25 sq m – a particularly valuable asset in this part of the city.
