Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment provides a practical and comfortable stay in the heart of Belgravia. Set on the fourth floor, the flat offers a bright open-plan living area, two double bedrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding streets. With Victoria Station and Sloane Square close by, it makes an excellent base for exploring central London.

• Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and balcony access. Large windows fill the room with natural light.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, along with the essentials for everyday cooking.
• Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with standard beds and storage.
• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower over the bathtub.
• Outdoor Space: Private balcony with outlook over the street and nearby buildings.

Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):

• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV.
• There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026.
• This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
• From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.
