Completa la reserva en HomeStay
En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

We offer a fully renovated, bright and modern bedroom and semi private bathroom (the laundry in the bathroom is shared, but otherwise the bathroom is for your private use) in a shared flat located in a historic, 100+ year old building.

Located steps from Porta Torre, our home is an ideal location for those who wish to stay in Como’s historic walled centre. We are 5 mins from Piazza Vittoria where you can find easy access to buses, and 10-15 mins from Como Borghi, Como Lago, and Como San Giovanni train stations. We are 55 mins from Milano Cadorna and Milano Centrale stations by train.

We offer our large private guest bedroom furnished with an Italian matrimoniale (queen-size, 160x200), desk/workspace, TV, and closet. Fully equipped with bed linens and towels, the bedroom and bathroom are comfortable and well appointed.

The kitchen and living/dining room are fully equipped. Our laundry washing machine is located in the offered private bathroom and is shared, but otherwise, the bathroom is for your private use. The washing machine has a dryer function.

The flat has AC and centralised heating. Flooring is hardwood throughout, with tile in the bathroom and kitchen.

We have three small dogs (all under 7kgs). They get along well with other dogs and children and are generally sleeping most of the day. We are a professional working couple (one of us works from home and the other is out during working hours). We are international and speak English and Italian.

All utilities, including heating, water, electricity, and wifi are included in the rental price. Weekly cleaning services are also included. There are no additional expenses.

Parking is NOT available, however, space for a bicycle may be possible.
