Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en HomeStay
En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

As a longtime homestay family hosting for over 10 years, we take great joy in welcoming students from all around the world as they become adjusted to their life in Canada. These experiences have been greatly cherished by our family throughout our time as hosts. Considering this, we are looking for a university/college/post-secondary student that is looking for a new homestay family!

The bedroom is located on the main floor, where it not only includes an en-suite bathroom that is only accessible within the room, but includes high speed internet and wifi. Our home is located just a few steps away from the bus stop, and is close to Douglas College, Pinetree Recreational Centre, Lafarge Lake, Town Centre Park, Coquitlam Centre Mall (includes T&T Market, Walmart, H&M, etc.), as well as the Lafarge Lake Skytrain Station.

Being that we enjoy ushering in new students across the globe, we also like to travel as well. We have traveled to Mexico, Italy, The Netherlands, Iran, Cyprus, and The United States. Feel free to ask us about our time there, and we would love to hear from you as well!

In addition, we enjoy partaking in swimming, running, gardening, watching movies, and surfing the Internet.

While living in a new country can seem like a challenging experience, our family wants to help you feel as secure and comfortable as possible, while still helping you to learn as you further your education here in Vancouver! Come to our household and feel truly at home here with your new family.
