El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Spacious flat, located on the first floor, comprising 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, cutlery, etc., offering everything you need for everyday life. It is well laid out and designed for the comfort of students. Of the five bedrooms, 2 are exterior and 3 are interior, and all have a refrigerator and ceiling fan. In addition, all the furniture is modern, distributed in a quiet and functional environment.

The room is exterior, has a 105 x 190 cm bed, and is fully equipped with: refrigerator, ceiling fan, desk, chair, desk lamp, bedside table with lamp, rubbish bin, mirror, shelf, and wardrobe. The price of the room includes community and water charges, but electricity charges are shared between all tenants.

The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.
