Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

I only accept PHD students for longer periods.
NOT for students and NOT shorter than a month. The deposit is € 350,- by one month and €1150 by longer stay for final cleaning and if damaged. Departure at 12 noon at the latest, everything must be in the same place as it was on arrival and the apartment must be tidy. Important to have a liability insurance.

Delft is a fascinating interesting city with canals, a small Amsterdam. It is suitable for someone who works on the IHE or PHD on the TUDelft or works during the day. The house is used by Wim the owner of the house who is living downstairs and on the second floor. Sometimes he walks upstairs. He is pensioned as a promoted architect and author. Therefore, the tenant is requested to obtain a real quiet lifestyle. This minor inconvenience is included in the price.

Delft is a historical city. The history of the Netherlands and the Royal House play an important role here. Delft is also known because of the painter Johannes Vermeer, in addition, it was a Weaving City known for its Cloths and tapestries and for its famous Delft Blue pottery. In a green area opposite a little city green, you will find your private apartment on the 1st floor. The house is a 5-corner building with beautiful views to 3 sides. Your apartment has a loggia on the back side. Shops are around the corner, 1 min. walk.
The house is very near the old famous city center. Parking is free in the neighborhood about 500 m. walk.
The appartment is for 1 person who does not smoke. In the event of a stay, the cleaning lady will be cleaning 1 time a month.
Upon arrival please show an identification, your telephone number and (hidden) address. You will be handed over a rental contract. The house is fully equipped. There is a dish washer in the kitchen area of the appartment and a washing machine is for common use one floor higher.

I live on a different address and I am a visual artist. My work hangs in this house. You will receive more information after registration.
