Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

It is a very nice and completely renovated apartment on the ground floor of a 6 family house. The apartment is completely furnished and very high quality equipment.

The apartment is very bright and quiet. The apartment consists of a living/sleeping room, a living room/kitchen incl. fitted kitchen, a small hallway, a bathroom with ground-level shower and toilet. A new washer-dryer is in the cellar.

The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortably furnished. You do not need to bring anything with you. Among other things the apartment is equipped as follows:

The house is located 2 minutes walk from the underground station Marten Süd. From there the whole city area is easily accessible by public transport. Also by car the connection is optimal due to the proximity to the motorway A 45.

Within walking distance there are shops for daily needs (Lidl, Aldi, bakery, pharmacy) a gas station, some restaurants and kiosks.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und komplett sanierte Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines 6 Familienhauses. Die Wohnung ist komplett komplett möbliert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer Wohnküche inkl. Einbauküche, einem kleinen Flur, einem Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und WC. Ein neuer Waschtrockner befindet sich im Keller.
