Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

64 m2, two rooms, kitchen, bathroom, approx. 7 m2 roof terrace, storage room. Parking space for one car. All rooms (except the bathroom) have sloping ceilings. The visible, black roof rafters convey a feeling of security and comfort. The apartment is not a short-term holiday home because it does not involve any improvisation. It is important to us that you feel comfortable.

The spacious living room with dining table and living area (comfortable sofa, table, radio, TV,) with adjoining roof terrace faces south. The large glass front makes it a very bright living area that invites you to linger.

The bathroom (approx. 6 m2) has a bathtub with shower and also has two south-facing windows. It can be reached quickly from the bedroom.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed. Both windows are oriented to the west. There are spacious built-in wardrobes under a sloping roof. A sitting hammock invites you to relax in between times.

The built-in kitchen is located near the dining table by the large south-facing window. It is equipped with a stove with oven, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment and an extractor hood.

The approx. 7 m2 roof terrace offers enough space to linger in the sun. Since the apartment is a non-smoking apartment, we ask smokers to go to the roof terrace to smoke.

The apartment is located in the garden city, which is one of the city's upscale residential areas. The transport links to the B1 and the city's underground network are ideal. (Approx. 5 km to the city center and 5 km to the airport). The walk to the subway takes 3 minutes. The subway runs to the city every 10 minutes. It takes 10 minutes for this. A taxi from the apartment to the main train station costs around € 13, to the city center around € 11.
