En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Arrive, settle in and get straight to work. Newly renovated in 2025, this bright 2-room apartment in Dresden-Laubegast combines a separate bedroom, a dedicated home-office area and a sunny south-west balcony.

The living and dining area offers a sofa bed, a 50-inch Smart TV and plenty of daylight. Ideal for one or two guests, with flexible sleeping space for up to four people.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, kettle and toaster; a washing machine and dryer are inside the apartment.

All running costs are included: electricity, heating, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi and the broadcasting fee.

Registration (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) and an invoice are available.

The balcony and bedroom overlook the nearby sports field towards the Elbe hillsides and TV tower, especially pleasant in the afternoon sun.

Tram line 4 (Alttolkewitz) is around four minutes away on foot and reaches Dresden’s old town in about 25 minutes. Lidl and Konsum are a short walk away; the Niederpoyritz ferry is also reachable on foot.

Quiet cul-de-sac with free street parking usually available. Please note: the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only; pets are not allowed.
