We are a family of 2 adults. We live in Dublin 5, on the North side of Dublin city. We are near the sea and close to dart station, bus and local supermarket. Fishing and golf are available nearby. There are several restaurants and theatres nearby. Travel time to the city and Point depot is approx. 10 minutes. Our home is clean, warm and friendly. We like learning about different cultures. Our home has central heating, running hot water, two bathrooms, two living rooms, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and secluded garden to the rear. Included in the price is "reasonable use" of all facilities and one laundry wash per week

Our home is not to be used as an office or business premises This room is a large bright cosy room with a double bed, desk, and a large wardrobe. There is an en suite for your use only. Windows front and back onto the gardens
