Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

THE APARTMENT

Modern, bright, and fully furnished apartment – attractively furnished – with a loggia in a central location in Duisburg-Hochfeld.

Central hallway area with a large mirror and ample closet space. From here, you can access all rooms.

Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need every day: In addition to a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of countertop space, the kitchen also offers a small dining table with two chairs.

Bright bathroom with plenty of storage space, shower, hairdryer, and washing machine.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with two bedside tables and two bedside lamps. A spacious wardrobe is also available.

The living room features a couch, which can be converted into an additional bed, an armchair, a TV with a Fire TV Stick, and a small desk for work. From the living room, you can access the loggia with a view of the greenery.

The windows in the living room and kitchen have pleated blinds, and the bedroom window can be darkened with curtains.

Garage parking in the courtyard is optional, subject to availability.

LOCATION AND CONNECTIONS

The nearest tram and bus stops (Pauluskirche and Heerstraße) are just a 2-minute walk away. Direct connections to Duisburg city center and main station.

The U79 tram line stops just a 5-minute walk away (stop: Karl-Jarres-Straße) and takes you to Duisburg main station or Düsseldorf main station.

Good connections to the A3, A40, and A59 motorways.

Supermarkets (ALDI, LIDL; Netto), parks (Böcking Park), bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, and snack bars are all within a 5-10-minute walk.
