En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Completely renovated & modern: Both the bathroom and all other living spaces have been freshly renovated and equipped with modern interiors.

Fully equipped & ready to move in: The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a comprehensive set of cookware. Your first moments of comfort are also taken care of: utensils for coffee and tea as well as a basic supply of spices are ready for you. Combined with the functional workspace setup at the dining table, this means: you only need to unpack your suitcase.

Cleaning service included: The apartment is cleaned for you free of charge every two weeks. Upon prior arrangement, this service can also be flexibly adjusted.

Smart & keyless entry: An electronic door lock allows you a convenient check-in and access to the apartment completely without a key.
