My beautiful 4-room apartment is available for sublet between December 2026 and approx. May 2027 (exact period is negotiable). It features a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and two large balconies. The total living area is 79 sqm.

From the apartment, you can easily get anywhere. In 1 minute's walk, you reach the stop for subway line U71 and tram 708. With these, you can reach the Old Town, Schadowstraße, and the main train station in a few minutes. The S-Bahn stations Zoo and Derendorf are approximately 12 minutes' walk away. Within an 8-minute walk, you will find numerous shopping facilities, e.g., dm, Rossmann, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, and Lidl, as well as various restaurants, clothing stores, and bakeries. Directly opposite the apartment is the famous Zoo Park, where you can conveniently exercise after work, meet friends, or enjoy nature.

The neighborhood is very friendly and helpful. With the quiet courtyard, you can enjoy the sun in peace on the balcony. Small pets are welcome.
