Hierbei handelt es sich um ein gemütliches möblierte Souterrain Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße am Hofgarten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Aufgrund der Souterrain Lage ist das Tageslicht etwas eingeschränkt, was jedoch durch die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung und der großen separaten Küche wieder ausgeglichen ist. Es ist zudem die einzige Wohnung, die sich auf dieser Etage befindet. In der Miete sind WLAN und eine wöchentliche Basisreinigung sowie Handtuch/ Bettwäschenwechsel (14tätig) inklusive. Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich im Haus und sind ebenfalls inclusive.
Furnished Souterrain Apartment in a small quiet street close to the park (Hofgarten) and Oldtown. This Apartment has a bit less day light because of the position, but the flat is very cosy and spaceful with a separate full equipped kitchen. Wifi is included. Weekly basic cleaning and every two weeks changes of towels and bedsheets are included. The washing machine and dryer are in the house ( included in the rent)
Das Appartement befindet sich fußläufig zur Königsallee und Altstadt. Zahlreiche Supermärkte, Cafes, Restaurants u.ä. befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Es sind ca.50 m zur U-Bahn-Station Nordstraße in Richtung Hauptbahnhof oder Messe. Tiefgaragenparkplätze können in der Umgebung angemietet werden (Extern). Wöchentliche Reinigung: Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gewechselt (in der Miete bereits inbegriffen) Die Wohnung ist am Auszugstag bis 12.00 Uhr zu verlassen. Bei Auszug wird zudem eine Pauschale in Höhe von 180,-€ für die Endreinigung fällig.
The apartment is located near a big central park called Hofgarten. Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, and other shops are just a couple of meters away. It´s just a walking distance to oldtown. The Underground station ( Nordstraße) is just 50m away with the directions to Central station and trade fair or Duisburg. Weekly cleaning: Towels and bed linen are changed (already included in the rent). Check out till 12.00 o´clock. A flat fee of €180 for final cleaning is also payable upon departure.
