Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a very attractive and extremely well-kept art nouveau house, built in 1912. new elevator in the house.

Top equipped, you get a first impression by the pictures.
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, Miele washer-dryer, microwave, high oven.
Box spring bed 140 x 200.
Walk-in wardrobe with large storage space and bed niche. Both separated from the living room by lamella doors.

The apartment is located in the heart of the trendy district of Pempelfort, not far from the Nord-, Schwerin-, Pfalzstraße, close to the Rhine at the level of the Rhine terraces.
Very good connection to underground, tram and bus lines. The entrance to the subway is in front of the house!
The rent includes cleaning with change of bed linen and towels twice a month. Rental price incl. the additional costs, cable connection, electricity, Wifi.

Sehr gute Anbindung an U-Bahnen, Starßenbahn- und Buslinien. Der Eingang zur U-Bahn befindet sich vor dem Haus!
Im Mietpreis ist die Reinigung mit Wechsel von Bett- und Frottéewäsche zweimal monatlich enthalten. Mietpreis inkl. der Nebenkosten, Kabelanschluß, Strom, WLAN.
