Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en HomeStay
En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

You'll enjoy a warm welcome and comfortable home here in Barnton.

I only host international female guests, and been hosting since 2013: whether that's on holiday, coming to study short term (language school) or students needing a longer stay for internship.

It's just me and my little brown dog, Tavish. I love to hear about you, your family and your culture, but am also happy to leave you to yourself if you need the space.

I'm keen to share how to get around, and help you get the best out of your stay. There are so many places of interest and lots to see and do in our beautiful city and the rest of Scotland.

I live a short walk (7 mins) to several bus stops - that can take you further afield (St Andrews, Inverness, Dundee, Perth) or directly to the city centre (25 mins) .

There is lovely scenic walks nearby in Cramond, Corstorphine Hill, Cammo Estate and Dalmeny estate - rivers, beaches, hills and fields.

I am happy for guests to use the kitchen if you want to cook your own meals - - but of course there are also many many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops with fantastic food (catering for all pockets) - that you might want to try too.

You'll get use of the washing machine, there's also towels and hairdryer in each room, plus a light breakfast is included in your cost.

Please note: My rooms are one person occupancy only - so if you come with a friend - you'll need to book a room for each of you - if available.
