We offer a room for temporary rental for a fixed period of minimum 5 months and maximum 8 months.
This room is strictly intended for short-term stays only, such as:
– an internship
– a temporary work assignment
– a transitional period between homes
🔹 The rental period is fixed and cannot be extended
🔹 The room is not suitable for permanent residence
🔹 We are looking for a tenant who already has a clear end date and onward plan
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate the temporary nature of their stay (for example, with an internship or work contract).
