El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The Room

The approximately 14 m2 room is bright, quiet, and fully furnished. Overlooking the garden, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal space for studying, working from home, or simply relaxing.

- 1.50 m sliding-door wardrobe with plenty of storage space
- Desk with matching chair – ideal for studying or working from home

For added comfort, the room is equipped with roller shutters and curtains, allowing you to darken the room whenever you like while ensuring complete privacy.

The room is move-in ready. Please note that a mattress, bed linen, and towels are not included. If needed, these can be provided for an additional fee upon prior arrangement.

The apartment is located on Kerckhoffstraße 146 in Frohnhausen, one of Essen's well-connected residential neighborhoods. The area combines a quiet living environment with excellent access to public transportation and the city center.

Several bus, tram, and S-Bahn stops are just a short walk away, providing quick connections to Essen Central Station, the University of Duisburg-Essen, the Folkwang University of the Arts, and other parts of the city.

For your everyday needs, you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, and other essential shops conveniently located nearby.

The apartment has been completely renovated and the shared flat is brand new, meaning no one has lived there yet. This gives you the opportunity to help shape a friendly and comfortable living environment from the very beginning.

Both rooms are fully furnished. Please note that a mattress, bed linen and towels are not included. If required, I can provide these for an additional fee upon request before your move-in.

The rent is €600 per month per room (all-inclusive) and already covers:
