The property offers a wide variety of apartment styles to choose from, including furnished and non-furnished apartment options! Every apartment is fitted with beautiful finishings, sleek modern appliances, and spacious bedrooms and living areas.
There is a newly remodeled fitness center with yoga space as well as a newly remodeled community room which doubles as a study area for those pursuing academics. As the property is a pet friendly property, dogs and cats are welcome!
The property does not offer any cooling-off period; all contracts are legal and binding.
If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.
If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.
If the tenant wants to cancel the booking, they must find a replacement tenant; otherwise, they must remain responsible until the end of the tenancy.

We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.

The tenant must pay a deposit, which may vary depending on the room and tenancy selection.
