The cost of utilities is as follows: -Internet: €30.00 per month -Water: €3.50 per cubic meter -Gas: €0.95 per cubic meter -Electricity: €0.45 per kWh Tourist tax: the tourist tax provided by the City of Florence must be paid in cash at check-in. The cost of the tax is 4 euros per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children who are not yet 12 years old are exempt from paying the tourist tax. Please Note: Early departure is not allowed and it comes with a penalty.

This is a modern and welcoming apartment for rent in Florence. The property is spread over two levels between the first floor and the ground floor.
