Beautiful apartment, in a complex with private garden, offers you a single bedroom with a private bathroom. It is rented only FOR FEMALE STUDENT and it has a very quiet atmosphere. The splendid attic single room is furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a desk, and a wardrobe. The room has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. All comfort is available for you to make feel like home :) You will be sharing the apartment with 2 girls in two other room, each room of them has its own bathroom.

This property is located in Via San Zanobi, in a central area, near the Duomo of Florence and the Santa Maria Novella station. All shops, restaurants, markets, bars, and landmark are within walking distance. Public transportation is the best here and it connects all part of Florence.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of TWO TIME THE PRICE OF RENT AND BILLS, is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
