Qué necesitarás

Completa la reserva en Amberstudent
En Amberstudent envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The US$99 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.

The Application Fee of $16.50 is required at the time of booking.

The Property requires Security Deposit $100 with guarantor due prior to Move In

Note:- Applicants without a qualifying guarantor must pay a security deposit equal to two (2) monthly instalments at the time of signing the Housing Contract.

The guarantor must:

Be at least 25 years of age.

Not be a resident at the property.

Reside in the United States.

Provide a U.S.-issued Social Security Number (SSN).

Provide proof of an annual gross income equal to at least two (2) times the total contract amount.

Pass a credit screening conducted through the property's approved screening vendor.

Meet any additional conditions if conditionally approved through the credit screening process.

Have no negative rental history due to related debt or evictions within the past 5 years.

Applicants without a qualifying guarantor must:

Pay a security deposit equal to two (2) monthly instalments at contract signing.

Provide proof of an annual gross income equal to at least three (3) times the total contract amount.

Pass the property's credit screening requirements.

Have no negative rental history due to related debt or evictions within the past 5 years.

Note :- The property may offer a third-party guarantor alternative, subject to approval by the third-party provider.

• Utility Billing Service One-time Account Setup Fee: $4.50 Due on first monthly utility statement
