En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The apartment is located in an energy-efficient new building with a total of 27 apartments in Frankfurt Griesheim. The view towards the Main River and the garden side make the wind-protected loggia a place of rest and relaxation and easily offers space to let the evening fade away or to start the day with a strong coffee.
