Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Important: NO FLATSHARE! Maximum occupancy 2 people.

What to expect:
• 33 sqm combined living and kitchen area (fully equipped with high-quality appliances, only 2 years old)
• Cosy sleeping and living area directly integrated (a bed or a sofa bed will be provided upon request). (The leather couch can be reduced in size or removed.)
• Separate, modern bathroom with natural stone floor
• Underfloor heating in all rooms
• Large balcony (20m2) with loggia character (covered) with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the skyline and the Taunus
• Total usable area: 65 sqm (fully furnished)
• Very well insulated apartment, very quiet.
• The 7-storey building was luxuriously renovated in 2024.
• Nespresso coffee machine

Conditions (All-Inclusive):
The all-inclusive monthly rent is 1,630.- euros. This includes: warm rent, kitchen use, furniture, electricity, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi.
(If a TV is desired, it can be installed, €15 cost per week.)

Important note: Pets and smoking are strictly forbidden. (smoking on the terrace is also forbidden!)

Frankfurt Sachsenhausen / Connection to the city. Bus: 1 minute walk; subways: 10 minutes walk: Car parking spaces nearby are free of charge. 10 minutes to the Frankfurt City Forest.
