The 29 sqm apartment costs 1295 per month including all ancillary costs. Free of charge are the weekly cleaning, the Wlan, as well as the use of the washing machine and the dryer. The apartment is fully furnished with high-quality furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice view to the garden. All apartments are non-smoking.
