This 9-room shared flat is located in Frankfurt Bonames. The shared flat is spread over 2 floors. Some of the rooms have access to the balcony/terrace.

Equipment:

There are 10 rooms on 2 floors with different sizes. Each room is furnished with a bed (1,20m-1,40m wide), wardrobe, shelf, desk with chair. So everyone will feel comfortable.

For all roommates of this shared flat there is 1 kitchen and a separate room for dining. Also there are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Use of WIFI is included.

Location:

This house is in a small quiet street in the area called Bonames. The view into the garden at the end of the street. It is no noisy street.

The train station "Bonames Mitte" is just 3 minutes walk away and it's only one station to the university Riedberg about 6 minutes drive.
The city centre can be reached in only about 20 minutes by train.

Hier erwartet die Bewohner eine besonders schöne Wohngemeinschaft in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage von Frankfurt Bonames.

Auf 2 Etagen finden sich hier insgesamt 9 schick möblierte Zimmer in verschiedener Größe zur Einzelvergabe. Die Zimmergrößen variieren zwischen ca. 10m2 und 18m2, einige der Zimmer sind mit Zugang zur Terrasse oder Balkon.

Ausstattung:

Die Zimmer dieser WG in Bonames sind auf 2 Etagen verteilt.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 4 Zimmer, zum Teil mit eigenem Zugang zur großen und sonnigen Terrasse, ein Wannenbad, die Gemeinschaftsküche und der Aufenthaltsraum. Im 1. Obergeschoss sind 5 weitere Zimmer, auch hier zum Teil mit eigenem Balkonzugang, ein Dusch/Wannenbad und ein separates WC.

Alle Zimmer sind schick eingerichtet mit 1,20m oder 1.40m großen Bett inkl. Bettwäsche und Bettzeug, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch und Stuhl.
