Each of the 4 rooms is fully furnished with bed including bedding and linen, wardrobe, desk and chair.
For the common use of the flatmates there is a bathroom with bathtub, a seperate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore there is a washing machine in the flat.

Location:

The flat is located in Frankfurt Niederrad, a quiet district of Frankfurt, yet still close to the Main river. The city centre can be reached within 25 minutes by public transport. Supermarkets can be reached in a couple of minutes.

Other:

In dieser Wohngemeinschaft befinden sich 4 komplett möblierte Zimmer. Jedes der Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett inkl. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche, Kleiderschrank, sowie Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Eines der Zimmer hat sogar einen eigenen Balkon.
Zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung steht eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Grundausstattung Geschirr und Kochutensilien) mit Spülmaschine, sowie ein Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus gibt es in dieser Wohnung noch ein Gäste WC.
Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche der Wohnung werden wöchentlich professionell gereinigt.

Lage:

Die Kelsterbacher Straße in Frankfurt Niederrad liegt wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem zentral, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Straßenbahn mit Anschluss in die Innenstadt in 5 Fußminuten erreichbar. Auch die perfekte Location für alle, die zur Uniklinik müssen oder dort studieren.
