HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Object description:

In the middle of the station district, super central about 5 minutes by foot from the main station. On the 3rd floor (elevator available) there is one flat with a total of 10 rooms that are mordern and fully furnished.

The rooms are individually allocated. Single and double rooms are available, but they can also be charged to single persons.

Equipment:

Each of the rooms is equipped with a bed incl. bedding and linen, wardrobe, desk with chair, WIFI router and TV.

For common use for all flatmates is the spacious kitchen and 3 bathrooms with shower cabin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with hob, oven, dushwasher and the basic equipment of dishes and cooking utensils.
The flatmates have 3 fridges/freezers.

The common areas get cleaned weekly.

The Taunusstraße in the middle of the bank and station district, very central, shops, night clubs (redlight district), restaurants, bars everything directly in front of the front door. The Mainufer is just a 5-minute walk away. The "Szeneviertel" is a hotspot in the Frankfurt multi-cultural community.

The all inclusive monthly rent differs depending on location, room size, booking period and period, so it is always worthwhile to contact us and to check the current offers.

Mitten im Bahnhofs-/Bankenviertel, super zentral ca. 5 Fußminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, ist hier im 3. OG (Aufzug vorhanden) eine Wohnung mit insgesamt 10 Zimmern schick und modern eingerichtet.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und zum Teil zur Belegung für bis zu 2 Personen buchbar. Die gesamte Etage ist komplett saniert und top modern eingerichtet.

Ausstattung:

Jedes der Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett inkl. Bettwäsche und Bettzeug, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eigenen WLAN Router, sowie einen Fernseher.

Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für alle Bewohner stehen die Einbauküche und der Sanitärbereich mit 3 Duschkabinen und 3 WCs sowie 1 Waschmaschine und 1 Trockner zur Verfügung.
Die Küche verfügt über Kochfeld, Backofen und eine Spülmaschine. Für alle Bewohner stehen 3 Kühlschränke mit kleinem Gefrierfach zur Verfügung. Auch ein Essplatz ist vorhanden.

Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche der Wohnung werden wöchentlich professionell gereinigt.
