Qué necesitarás

En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

We love living in this gem: Wiehre is, as not only we find, the most beautiful residential district in Freiburg with old townhouses and villas. The apartment is very centrally located. Nearby there are good shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, as well as several doctor's offices. The city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot, it's even faster by tram, a stop is almost right outside the front door. By tram, you can also reach the main train station in 10 minutes. Our apartment has wonderful old building charm. The creaking floorboards are just as much a part of it as the great look of the beams, which make up the coziness of this apartment! The view over the rooftops and all the way to the Minster tower is simply stunning! Otherwise, we naturally have everything you need for living: a comfortable bed, a cozy seating area, a spacious dining group, plenty of dishes, washing machine, dryer, etc..; all of high quality, even a high-quality e-piano.
Since we love to travel, we can always sublet our beautiful apartment from time to time.
