Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

When you’re visiting a new city for work, there’s one thing you want most in the evening: a home, not a hotel room. That’s exactly what we want to offer you—with apartments we’ve furnished just the way we’d like to live ourselves, and with the kind of hospitality you can’t list on a amenities sheet. Our Liborius apartment offers you 50 m² on the ground floor—with a separate bedroom, a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, and a kitchen where you can actually cook. With space for up to three people, it’s ideal for small teams on a work assignment or anyone who needs a little more space for a while. A smart TV, fast 100 Mbit Wi-Fi, and a workspace are, of course, included. And so you don’t have to worry about a thing, we’ll stop by every two weeks for a mid-stay cleaning—with fresh bed linens and fluffy towels, all included in the price, of course. In fact, everything is included: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, and utilities. One rent, one amount, no surprises. We look forward to welcoming you—and to making you feel right at home with us.
