The room is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe with mirror, and more (see photos). Each room includes a private lock for security and privacy, as well as dishes and other utensils for tenant comfort. The rent includes electricity, water, gas, free high-speed WiFi, and cleaning of common areas four times per month. Optional services such as private room cleaning and personalized laundry are available for an additional monthly fee.
