We are a retired couple with a loving friendly small dog (Leo), we have hosted overseas students since 2022 and received flattering reviews from all our guests. Our property is a large apartment where the guests have their own bathroom, separate toilet and use of shared media room complete with library bookcase, free to air tv, Apple tv, Netflix and other apps on smart tv. Public transport close by to all Gold Coast and Airport, security building, with lock up car park and lift, overlooking a park with barbecue facilities and views to Surfers Paradise, Mt Tambourine etc., situated on a prestigious island surrounded by water and easy comfortable walks where the local animal and birdlife can be enjoyed. Restaurants and hotel close by and 10 minutes to world famous Burleigh Beach. A light breakfast will be supplied at the guest convenience.
