Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

A private newly renovated, spacious room with lots of natural light is available for a tenant. The room is furnished with a medium soft 120cm ikea bed, heated floor, wardrobe for your storage, desk with chair, a bright rug, fireplace and two windows facing north west.

The villa is located in western Gothenburg in Västra Frölunda. In about 10 minutes walk you find the bus station, Beryllgatan, which takes you to the city, Järntorget, in 8 minutes or Brunnsparken in 18 minutes. For all of your shopping you have Frölunda Torg 5 minutes away, Gothenburg's largest and most qualitative shopping center. In summer you will reach an array of beaches and swimming areas to the west and south in 5-10 minutes by bike.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, presso, water boiler, kitchen table with 2 chairs, washing machine, and a new full size fridge and freezer. There is a spacious living room (20m2) with a big sofa to hang out and relax in. The bedroom is your private space while the kitchen, living room, and shower are shared with two other guests. The location of the villa is quiet with a lush green garden. All the rooms are newly renovated and furnished.
