Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This colorful, bright and fully furnished studio (approx. 35 m2) is located on the 1st floor at Griesgasse 21 – right in the center of Graz, only a few minutes' walk from the Kunsthaus, the Mur river and the Old Town. Shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport are right around the corner. Ideal for professionals, project workers, students and anyone staying in Graz for several months.

The apartment:
• Comfortable double bed plus a sofa bed – suitable for up to 3 people
• Fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all cookware
• Dining table, TV and fast Wi-Fi – great for working from home
• Private bathroom with shower and washing machine in the apartment
• Wardrobe, iron and hairdryer

Included in the rent: heating, electricity, water, internet and operating costs. Bed linen and towels are provided.
