Hello! My name is Blanca Isela, and I am looking for people interested in temporarily living and sharing a special space called Casa Moringa. Our house is named after a beautiful Moringa tree that adorns our garden.
At Casa Moringa, we offer more than just temporary accommodation for travelers. We are a refuge for curious souls in search of inspiration, creativity and sensitivity. Here, creativity flourishes in every corner, and from time to time we get together to celebrate with music with friends.
I am looking for someone, whether a professional or student, who is calm, respectful, clean and responsible, and who wants to be part of this beautiful home. If you feel interested, we would greatly appreciate it if, when you contact us, you could share something about yourself in addition to a photograph so that we can get to know you better.
Our location is in the charming neighborhood of Santa Teresita, just 8 minutes from downtown Guadalajara, CUCS and Avenida Chapultepec. In addition, we have a public bicycle station just one block away, and on Sundays, one block away, you can enjoy a fruit and vegetable market. In the neighborhood, you will find markets, banks, restaurants, cafes, and excellent access to public transportation, among other amenities.
We offer private rooms with locks for your safety. We provide sheets, pillows and towels, and you will have access to a shared washing machine and an equipped kitchen that you can share with other residents. All utilities such as Wi-Fi, gas, electricity and water are included. We also carry out cleaning of common areas once a week.
Our community is safe and quiet. We have a shared bathroom, a beautiful garden, two patios and a terrace. Three people and an adorable kitten currently live in the house. We maintain a calm and respectful environment, valuing everyone's time, silence and energy.
Please note that room cleaning and laundry services have an additional cost. We also require a deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
Since we consider it important to have written agreements to maintain a harmonious coexistence, the next step would be:
* Make an initial contract.
* Provide you with proof of your deposit.
* Share the rules of coexistence of the house.
We invite you to join us at Casa Moringa, where we welcome anyone who wishes to live in this space and develop their ideas and projects during their stay. We hope to meet you soon!
Sincerely,
Blanca Isela and the Casa Moringa team
