En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The entire flat was lavishly renovated and lovingly furnished in 2021. The newly laid oak parquet flooring gives the entire flat a very cosy feel. The bright, modern furniture was all purchased for the flat in 2021. All the kitchen furniture (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.) was also purchased just last year. There is the possibility for home office as the flat has a desk with desk chair and high-speed internet. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x90m) and duvets and bed linen are provided for 2 persons. In the living room there is also a large sofa, which can also be extended to a sofa bed for 2 people.

The flat is located in the western part of Hamburg in the beautiful district of Eimsbüttel, which is characterised by the Gründerzeit. This district is described as green, lively and full of life and is particularly popular with young people and families. The combinations of diverse green spaces and beautiful old buildings add to the charm of the district. In Hamburg, Eimsbüttel is one of the most popular districts.

There are very good public transport connections. The underground station Lutterothstraße (U2) is only 250 metres from the flat. The U2 runs every 5 minutes on weekdays. You can reach Hamburg's main railway station in just 12 minutes on the U2.

There are many shopping facilities in the direct vicinity. The nearest Aldi supermarket is about 200 metres away, the Lidl supermarket about 300 metres and Edeka about 900 metres.

All other errands (for example: pharmacy, bookstore, drugstore, etc.) can be done in the numerous shops along Osterstraße. Eimsbüttler residents particularly appreciate the owner-operated specialist shops such as the organic confectioner Eichel, the organic butcher Fricke or the shop Frau Hansen on Osterstraße.
This street is the main artery of the district and you can reach it in about 10 minutes on foot. This area is also home to countless cosy cafes, restaurants of various price ranges and pastry shops.
