The room is approx. 20 square metres in size and has a 1.40m x 2.00m bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a carpet. The door to the room can also be locked. The flat also has WLAN and is located on the first floor of a block of flats. The resident has access to the bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as to the kitchen, which has a fridge, washing machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, pots, plates, etc.). The door of the room is lockable and the resident receives a key from the main door as well. Registration is possible.
Location:
The flat is located at Hamburg Central Station. It is approx. 100m from the central station ‘Hauptbahnhof Hamburg’ and you have access to all underground and suburban trains as well as buses and long-distance trains in the city. There is also a Penny supermarket in the immediate vicinity (directly opposite the flat), as well as many other shops and food outlets of all nationalities. All authorities and important offices can be found within a radius of 500 metres. Hamburg's Jungfernstieg, a major shopping area, is approx. 500 metres away on foot and the city hall is only 1000 metres away. The public transport available at the flat takes you to North, East, West and South Hamburg in under 20 minutes. However, residents also have the option of obtaining a resident's licence for their own car and parking nearby.
