En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

We are renting out our beautiful, furnished 3-room attic apartment in Hamburg-Eppendorf for five months, from January 1st to May 31st, 2027, as we will be in England for professional reasons during this time.

The apartment offers 86.55 m² of space for individuals, couples, or a small family looking for a home in Hamburg for a few months – for example, as part of a professional stay, a research project, or another temporary activity.

The apartment:
• 86.55 m² living space with three rooms
• Fully furnished and equipped
• Bright attic apartment (5th floor with elevator)
• Quiet, friendly building community
• Very attractive location in the popular Hamburg-Eppendorf district
• Shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, and public transport in the immediate vicinity
• Kellingusenstraße subway station within walking distance

We feel very comfortable in the apartment and wish for reliable and careful subtenants who will appreciate the apartment just as much during our absence.

Rental Period and Costs:
• Period: 01.01.2027–30.06.2027
• Monthly total rent: 1,742 €
• Including furnishing, operating costs, water, electricity, and broadcasting fee.
• Deposit: 3,889.56 € (corresponds to three net cold rents).

The apartment will be handed over furnished and should be returned to us in a well-maintained condition at the end of the rental period.
