Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Charming, individual, modern and bright - that is your new home located in a 1920s villa. Here you live quietly, but at the same time the connection to the transportation infrastructure is ideal.

The flat is located in the attic (2nd floor) and extends over the entire storey. Dormer windows on all sides offer different views. On the cozy west loggia you can still enjoy the sun after work.

As we want you to really feel at home, we have fully equipped the flat for you with much love for detail - in such a way that we would also like to live therein. Design objects, new and antique furniture complement each other and lend the apartment an individual style.

When you move in, you do not need more than a suitcase with your personal belongings, everything else ist taken care of.

You can reach the historic city center of Heidelberg within 10-20 minutes by bus, rail or bike. One kilometre off, you find the S-station Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen with a free park & ride car park. From here you can reach Mannheim main station within 15 minutes, Ludwigshafen-Mitte station within 20 minutes and within 10 minutes by car you reach City Airport Mannheim from where you can fly to Berlin or Hamburg within an hour.

RENTAL PRICE

The all-inclusive rent includes all costs, such as heating, water, electricity, internet/telephone/TV, various fees, parking space, housekeeper, ...). But should the German average consumption of heating/water/electricity be exceeded, these additional costs will be charged. For the final cleaning 180 EUR will be charged.
