We offer a bright new fully equipped guesthouse with an entrance to a nice terrace and a lovely garden. The flat has a wooden floor, heated floor in the bathroom, traditional cotton bed linen, 47 m2... Easily accessible by car or public transport in a quiet street close to a relaxing zone with a pond. Area around Jihlava is loved by bikers, you can keep your bikes in safe. You will be treated as our guests, we share the space behind the entrance door and from this place you proceed to your flat and we to ours. We are 4 people and a cat, I work as a project manager in an education field, my husband runs his business, he is a landscape surveyor. Our daughter is 18, preparing for A-level and son 15.
The apartment has a 1 bedroom with a king size bed, it is on a ground floor, with a great view of the garden. There is an excellent internet access. There is also a private kitchen and space to sit and have food or coffee.
