Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
No se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario acepta tu solicitud. Tras tu entrada tienes 24 horas para reclamar si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio

Please note: This is a self-check-in property, and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in at 15:00. We ask all guests to fill in a registration form, which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. Please also be aware that the property has internet access, but the speed is limited due to the lack of fibre optic coverage in the area, so it is only advisable for basic tasks.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated, such as the smell of tobacco, ashes, or cigarette butts, we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 200 EUR.
Regarding extra services, please note that extra keys, lost keys, or a door opening service have a cost of 20 EUR. An extra cleaning service is available for the price of a standard cleaning fee. For the first days of your stay, we provide basic amenities including small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.
