Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Our double rooms have been completely renovated for you in autumn 2019! With their urban style they are perfect for couples. The room offers you everything you need. An own Nespresso machine, Smart TV, comfortable bed, inviting armchair, desk as well as a large bathroom including sustainable cosmetic products.

With our location near the Mühlburger Tor, only 700 meters from the main shopping street, we offer you the perfect mix of tranquillity and city life. Culture enthusiasts will find in the immediate vicinity the unique ZKM (Center for Art and Media) the Kunsthalle, the municipal gallery and much more. Those who are more enthusiastic about fashion and style will also get their money's worth! Only 5 minutes walk separates us from the Postgalerie - a shopping centre with well-known brands like Primark, TK Maxx and Decathlon. You can also reach the larger shopping centre, the ECE-Center (Einkaufszentrum Ettlinger Tor) in just 15 minutes. There you will find many brand-names and selected speciality stores. On Kaiserstrasse and in Karlsruhe's "Fächerstrassen" you will find many beautiful boutiques and owner-operated stores. The best thing about it - you can save yourself the search for a parking space and simply do everything on foot! We have a parking deck with 12 parking spaces and an underground parking garage with about 40 parking spaces. Even though our parking spaces are sufficient in most cases, bottlenecks may occur during trade fairs. Just contact us, we will be happy to help you find a parking space in the area.
