Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Your room is on the 2nd floor of the Passagehof at the Kaiserpassage, right in the centre of Karlsruhe. Kaiserstraße, Europaplatz and the tram are only a few minutes' walk away.

The floor was completely rebuilt and newly furnished in 2017/2018. Each room has one or two single beds with an upholstered headboard, a desk with chair, a seating area, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.

Every two rooms share a dedicated shower room with WC. There are four of these bathrooms for the eight rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are right next to it.

Everything is included in the rent: all utilities including electricity and heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Bathrooms, kitchen and hallways are cleaned twice a week.
