Qué necesitarás

Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

(Line 12: directly to the ICE train station)

Shops are practically right in front of the door:
Penny supermarket, DM drudgery, Action Discount and the bakery are only a 1 minute walk away. Other supermarkets (ALDI, Netto & LIDL) as well as pharmacies and medical centers are just a walk away.
