Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Central location - just 15 minutes walking distance (or 4 min. drive) to the city centre. The apartment is located at Bugenhagenstraße, a quiet road between Schützenpark and Südfriedhof.

The Bedroom is fitted with a 180x200 cm boxspring bed which will guarantee the best sleep. A 3 m+ room high build wardrobe will give you more than enough space for your belongings.

The Bath is fitted with a shower and wall-hung towel heating.

In addition, you may enjoy a drink on your own little balcony facing the green backyard of the house.

A small storage is located in the stairways as well as community storage for a bicycle in the basement.

The whole apartment is laid with herringbone flooring which blends in perfectly into the super cosy but stylish design.
