Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Room:
This furnished shared apartment (WG) near TH Köln (Deutz Campus) leaves nothing to be desired. It has a special and high-quality design and comes with a complete all-inclusive package including electricity, fast internet (up to 250 Mbit/s download speed), heating costs, a custom-made fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, induction stove and AEG oven), fridge/freezer (Siemens), washing machine, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, etc. You only need to move in with your suitcase. We have already thought of everything else.

There are a total of 4 furnished rooms in this shared flat:
- largest room with a view of Cologne Cathedral and the Lanxess Arena, on its own floor with a lockable door (approx. 30.2 m2), available from the beginning of October, total price €799/month (including €150 flat-rate operating costs),
- another large room (approx. 21.8 m2) rented
- smaller room (approx. 16 m2) rented
- smaller room (approx. 14.3 m2), rented

Flatmates:
- currently, four people live in this shared flat: "Karoline, Dilara, Kai and Mo". Since Dilara will leave the flat in a few days, her room will become available and we are looking for a new roommate.
- Karoline is a nurse and creates a warm and friendly atmosphere in the WG with her social and friendly personality.
- Kai works as a passionate chef in a well-known hotel and also enjoys cooking in the flat. With a little luck, you may even get to try some of his food.
- Mo is a motivated and passionate chemistry student. Because of his friendly personality, it is hard to imagine the shared flat without him.

All flat residents are looking forward to meeting a new roommate who fits well into the WG and adds to the friendly atmosphere.

- Public transport connections are excellent here. The Trimbornstraße S-Bahn station can be reached in only about 5 minutes on foot (station entrance just before the underpass; opposite EWCO Shaolin Center Köln-Kalk). The bus stop can be reached in only about 3 minutes.
- Cologne Central Station can be reached in only 5 minutes by S-Bahn
- The Lanxess Arena, which is the largest event venue in Germany, can be reached in only 7 minutes by bus
- TH Köln (Deutz Campus) can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or about 4 minutes by bicycle
- Köln Arcaden can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot or about 4 minutes by bicycle
- Many supermarkets and drugstores (e.g. Aldi, REWE, Lidl, Netto, Real, Norma, dm, Müller, Hoa Li Asian Food, Acima Oriental Supermarket, etc.), restaurants, cafés, bars, etc. are located nearby.
- You can park your car on one of the two sides of the street directly opposite the building. There are enough parking spaces available, also in the surrounding area.
