Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The apartment was redesigned and divided into clear areas. A visual separation of the bed puts it in the background and a feel-good atmosphere was also created.
The focal point of the room is the dining table, which functions as the main place to stay.
Due to the high ceilings, the daylight from the large window falls directly onto the table and can radiate further into the room from there. In this way, the natural light is optimally used when working at the dining table or when relaxing on the comfortable armchairs.
Another relaxation zone can be found at the foot of the bed. By separating the curtains, a particularly quiet corner was set up here, where you can switch off and escape from everyday life.
The open, modern kitchen is functionally equipped with a refrigerator, 2-plate stove, kettle and a Nespresso machine.
The daylight bathroom was brightly designed and offers plenty of storage space for personal bathroom utensils thanks to the well thought-out furnishings.

The apartment is located on the high ground floor.
