En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

This bright, furnished attic studio in Cologne-Höhenhaus offers a temporary home of approx. 43 m² for business stays, project work, or as a transitional solution during a relocation. The apartment features two rooms – a living room and a separate bedroom – as well as an additional open gallery. It is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via stairs.

The living area has a sofa, an armchair, TV, and a fireplace. A box-spring bed is in the separate bedroom. The open gallery offers an additional sleeping possibility and is accessible via a ladder. It is not a separate room and is not counted as an additional room. A small walk-in closet provides storage space.

The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishes. A dining area is available. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided.

At the apartment entrance, there is a small balcony with seating. Public parking is available on the street nearby; a reserved parking space is not guaranteed. From the S-Bahn station Köln-Holweide, line S11 offers a direct connection to Köln Messe/Deutz and Köln Hauptbahnhof.

The apartment accommodates up to four people. Minimum rental period: one month.
