Qué necesitarás

En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Short-term rental possible for 4 weeks until end of September
Apartment in Cologne-Ehrenfeld – perfect for trade fairs, city, and leisure., fully furnished apartment on the 1st floor. It offers a separate bedroom with a new, comfortable double bed and large wardrobe, a living room, and a modern, open-plan eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and everything you need. Top location: a bus stop is just a few steps away and conveniently takes you to Cologne city center as well as Koelnmesse and Gamescom. Aldi right around the corner, Rewe within walking distance. Numerous cozy cafes, bistros, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The bathroom is functional and clean, shower and toilet work perfectly.
Please note, no TV no Wi-Fi that only warm water is available at the sink at the moment; this small defect is already taken into account in the price.
And will only be fixed at the end of September and the bathroom will then also be renovated.
